====== Starting Bullets ======

Whenever a character is created, they should be given three tokens, called Bullets. These [[Bullets|Bullets]] can be used to modify die rolls and change some game circumstances to give the character a little help surviving the post-nuclear world. Bullets should not be confused with literal bullets (or other forms of ammunition), though they can offer some boons in that regard.
